Being a Mumbaite, and having family roots in Goa...I was on the look out for a home in Goa for quite sometime. But for something serene, tucked away with nature, close to paddy fields , quiet and away from the regular noisy tourist beach belt..I happened to stumble upon a project in Varca called Aansav Verde.

Started by one,named Aatish Babani who I found had minimal or close to no existence or coverage on print or the internet platform...on meeting with Aatish I realised that he simply didn't need both... simply b'coz he was a down to earth simple Guy. who lived up to his promises made and met his clients expectations at all times ..his happy clients were the ones who spread his good name far and wide and spoke volumes of his on-time completed projects, and his quality of work. Aatish not only helped me full fill my dream of owning a home in Goa but also understands ones Personal sentiments associated when buying a home there ....
